Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open for scheduled appointments from:

• Monday to Friday: 8am - 5:20pm
• Saturday: 8am - 4:40pm

*Emergencies are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 7 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as rat bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.  If the emergency is after hours or on Sunday, please call the clinic number and a message will advise you on what to do next.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

Grooming & Bathing

We have a full service grooming department at Animal Medical Clinic.  We have a full time staff to offer bathing and grooming Monday thru Saturday.  Contact our receptionists to make your pet's appointment today.

Boarding

Our boarding services are offered 365 days a year.  You may drop off and pick you pet up during normal business hours.  Our boarding facility is kept very clean and we have a complete kennel staff to supply any needs your pet may have during the stay.   We offer up to 3 times a day exercising and you may also choose for our staff to give your pet treats during the day.  Please call in advance to book your pet's reservations for boarding.  During holidays, you may have to call several weeks in advance to secure your pet's reservations.  During holidays, we do require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of the reservation to hold your pet's spot.  This deposit is refundable if a cancelation is made up to 48 hours prior to the boarding start date. 

Payments

Animal Medical Clinic accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We can provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
